  Please stay away from this office. No one in this office has a clue what they are doing. I have experienced nothing but headaches and frustration. They do nothing to try to resolve the issues they themselves cause. I will try to make my story as short as possible. Initially, my debit card was charged to pay my homeowners insurance WITHOUT MY CONSENT. The agreement was that they were going to charge the homeowners insurance to the escrow. But, not only did they charge my debit card, but they also charged the escrow. When I realize they had charged both myself and the escrow, I went personally to this office and I was told they had deducted the amount from my automobile insurance. However, they were continuously charging my debit card and the amount was never credited to my account. The charges on my debit card were always different and I did not understand what they were charging. I went plenty of times to this office to talk with them personally, they could never tell me what my true payments had to be. Also, I froze the auto insurance on my truck over the winter 15-16. Once Spring came, I reached out to active the insurance on my truck and I was told it was active. It was discovered that they froze my wife's mini van instead, which she uses on a daily basis for work, meaning she was driving around without insurance coverage all winter! I ended up cancelling my insurance with Farmers. I did so by calling their office and asking to cancel. Additionally, Allstate also cancelled on my behalf. I received a bill a couple months later, in which they claimed I did not cancel my insurance and I owe them a month of coverage. I have documented proof that I cancelled and to this day, it has not been accepted. I have now been sent to collections and to this day, I am still fighting to remove these charges!

  Roberto and his staff were very helpful. I never got the treatment and explanation about my policies from previous insurance providers as I did in this office. I highly recommend Mr. Barrera

  Extremely kind,friendly and above all very very honest man . I go there for 5 min and i leave his office an hour late bcoz of our friendly conversation. Thanks for being so kind reoberto and your team .
